The Management Board of Orange Polska consists of 7 members, including the President, who are appointed by the Supervisory Board. The term of office of the members of the Management Board is three years.

Jean-François Fallacher (born 1967), from the 1st May 2016 is the CEO of Orange Polska. In years 2011-2016 he was the CEO of Orange Romania, responsible for running Romania’s leading mobile telecommunications company.
Prior to Orange Romania, Jean-François served in key leadership roles within Orange Group for 20 years, most recently as the CEO of Sofrecom, the Group’s international consulting company, and in the Netherlands as COO of the internet provider Wanadoo and as Marketing manager B2B for EuroNet Internet.
Jean-François has an extensive professional know-how in the telecom market, on both business and residential sectors, gained in various European markets.
Holding a strong academic background with engineering degrees from École Polytechnique, École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, completed by the International Business Development program at ESSEC Business School, Jean-François was formed in the early days of the www expansion.
Jolanta Dudek (born 1964) is a graduate of the philology faculty of the University of Silesia and postgraduate study European Economic Management, getting diploma Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Juy-en Josas and Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology (2013) and Mentoring Academy (2015) at Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She has experience as a Lead Auditor of the Quality Management System ISO 2002 and as COPC® Coordinator - Customer Operations Performance Center. She started her professional career in telecommunications in 2000 in PTK Centertel Ltd. in managers positions of mass market customer care management. In 2004-2010 she was the Business Market Customer Care Director of mobile Orange. From October 2010 Jolanta Dudek was the Business Market Customer Care Director in Orange Customer Service Ltd. and since November 2013 she has been the President of Orange Customer Service Ltd. From November 2013 she was the Executive Director in charge of Customer Care in Orange Polska. From 2014 she is also responsible for Orange Polska customer relations.
Since January 2017 he is Vice-President of the Orange Polska Management Board in charge of Consumer Market. He is also Chairman of the Orange Polska Ethics Committee since 2016, Vice President of Employers of Poland and Chairman of the Polish Section of Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) since 2011. A member of Executive Volunteers Coalition since 2013, where he is active in voluntary work and promotes the principles of corporate social responsibility.
He began his professional career in the Elektrim Group, where he co-created business plans for local telecommunication operators, between 1995 and 2000. From 2001 he worked at TP Group (Telekomunikacja Polska) as Director of Multimedia and was responsible for the development of internet access for the mass market. Between 2005 and 2009 he was responsible for the TP Group business market. From 2009 he was TP Group Executive Director in charge of Sales and Customer Service and President of the Management Board of PTK Centertel (TP Group mobile telecommunication operator) - a position which he held until the merger of PTK Centertel with Telekomunikacja Polska in 2013. In 2014-2016 he was Orange Polska Vice President responsible for B2B Market.
He is a graduate of Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw University. He also holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD.
Jacek Kowalski, born in 1964. Since January 2011 Board Member in charge of Human resources. From November 2009 TP Executive Director in charge of human resources, Mr Kowalski has worked for the Group for over last 10 years.
Mr Kowalski started joined the Group in 2001, as Human Resources Manager for sales and marketing in PTK Centertel. From 2005 he was the Director of Employee Competence and Development Management Branch.
In 1989 he graduated from history faculty of the Warsaw University and in 1996 he completed postgraduate studies for local government and non-governmental organizations management also at the Warsaw University.
Prior to that he was the Director of the Entrepreneurship and Human Resources School in Infor Training (Infor Media Group) and Director of the National In – Service Teachers Training Center responsible for implementation of training programs for supporting development of education in Poland.
He is a member of the Program Board of Polish Human Resources Management Association.
Bożena Leśniewska (born 1965) is a graduate of the philology faculty of Jagiellonian University, Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology Business School and Mentoring Academy. She started her professional career in Sales area in 1992 in DHL International Ltd. From 1996 she was responsible for sales market in Polkomtel S.A. initially as Sales Director, later as Region Sales Director, Department Key Customer Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Business Customers. In 2006 she joined Orange Polska in PTK Centertel as Deputy Branch Director of Business Market Sales, and then Branch Business Customers Sales Director. From 2008 she was Branch Business Customers Sales Director, and then Sales Director at the same time in PTK Centertel and Orange Polska. From November 2013 she was the Executive Director in charge of Sales in Orange Polska. Bożena Leśniewska serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Retail S.A. She is a member of the Programme Board of Polish National Sales Awards, European organization Women in Leadership, Experts Board THINKTANK and Mentors Association “Przełom”.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław (MA degree in law) and the Advanced Management Programme organized by IESE Business School / University of Navarra. In Orange Polska (formerly: Telekomunikacja Polska) since 2001. In September 2008 appointed Member of the Management Board in charge of Operations, since November 2009 - Vice President in charge of Operations. Since September 2016 acts as Vice President in charge of Strategy & Transformation.
Piotr Muszyński acts also as Advisory Board President of CIONET Poland, member of Council of Foundation for the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies at Warsaw University of Technology (Fundacja Wspierania Rozwoju Radiokomunikacji i Technik Multimedialnych przy Politechnice Warszawskiej), member of The Committee on Electronics and Telecommunication at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), as well as member of the Council at The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT).
In recognition of his career achievements he was awarded, among others: as a Manager of the Year in 2010 and 2011 with the Golden Antenna Award of the World of Telecommunication; with the Gold Cyborg award during the National Symposium on Telecommunications and ICT in 2011 – for his outstanding contribution to the development of information society.
Mr Maciej Nowohoński, born in 1973, Orange Polska Management Board Member in charge of Finance since March 2014. He has been with Orange Polska since 2003, in a variety of positions in the area of Finance of increasing scope and responsibility, most notably that of Orange Polska Group Controller in 2006-2014. In 2010-2011 he was a Management Board Member at Emitel and in 2011-2013 the Management Board Member for Finance at PTK Centertel. Maciej is also sitting on the supervisory boards of several Orange Polska subsidiaries. Prior to joining Orange Polska, Maciej worked, among others, at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Business Consulting.
He graduated from Foreign Trade at the Economic University of Poznan and from the Dutch Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen’s business school.
