Pursuant to article 56(1.1) of the Law of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539, as amended), the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska” or “TP S.A.” or “Group”) informs about Orange Polska securing the ability to render 4G services on 1,800MHz spectrum.

September 10, 2013: Following two years of exemplary co-operation between the Group’s mobile arm - PTK Centertel and T-Mobile on reciprocal use of radio access networks, the parties have expanded the project to include the 4G technology. PTK Centertel sp. z o.o. has signed an annex to the agreement with T-Mobile Polska S.A. on reciprocal use of radio access networks (significant agreement described in current report nº 86/2011). The companies will liaise to develop 4G networks in a similar model to the existing network co-operation. Both parties will expand their networks to increase 4G coverage, and Orange Polska will be able to render 4G services based on the 1,800 MHz frequencies, including those held by T-Mobile. Orange Polska will use T-Mobile’s 4G frequencies for a consideration payable over 14.5 years. The co-operation may be extended to other frequency bands in the future.
