Further agreements between TP Group and IT vendors - Orange Polska

Telekomunikacja Polska and PTK Centertel have signed further three-year framework agreements with IT service providers. Capgemini Polska has become a strategic partner for customer relationship management (CRM) systems, while in the fields of accounting systems and business intelligence the TP Group will co-operate with Asseco Poland SA.

“We believe that by redefining our relations with IT vendors towards partnership balance and long-term co-operation, we can achieve more together. For TP Group, this means lower costs, shorter time to deliver new business solutions and their higher quality, while for our strategic partners this broadens prospects of co-operation with the TP Group, enabling optimisation of their service provision models,” said Piotr Muszyński, TP Group Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

The framework agreements with Capgemini Polska and Asseco Poland SA is a result of the process of IT vendors consolidation. In April 2010, the TP Group signed framework agreements with AMG.net, Atos Origin and CGI for development and maintenance of TP Group’s customer portal management and service management applications as well as integration of software applications.
